Rehabilitation program provider RehabCare Group Inc. said Tuesday it will sell its Phase 2 Consulting business to Premier Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

RehabCare acquired Phase 2 in 2004. The business has offices in Salt Lake City and Austin, Texas.
In morning trading, shares of RehabCare slipped 22 cents to $22.25.
